Aimee Tran spearheaded Transcendence to show high school musicians they have the power to help others with their music. All over the world, teens are told, “Practice the piano! Have you practiced your violin yet?” But often, we don’t know why we’re playing at all. Transcendence gives teens a reason to practice by showing them that by creating music, they can make an impact on other children’s lives.
